Here's a simple recipe for homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green food coloring (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until the sugar is dissolved.
If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve the desired minty color.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
Once chilled, pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.
During the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate to the ice cream maker and let them mix in.
Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Serve scoops of the mint chocolate chip ice cream in bowls or cones, and enjoy!

Feel free to adjust the amount of mint extract and chocolate chips to suit your taste preferences. Enjoy your refreshing homemade treat!
